CueCam is a teleprompter app that lets you read scripts on screen and record yourself while the words scroll over the camera. Your privacy is important to us, so we built CueCam to work entirely on your device.

Data We Do Not Collect

CueCam does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• Your scripts and text are stored only on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.
• Videos and recordings you create stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
• No account or sign-in is required.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included.
• No data is sent to any server, ever.

Microphone and Camera

CueCam requests access to the microphone and camera solely to support the camera teleprompter view and the voice-follow scrolling feature. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never recorded, transmitted, or stored without your explicit action (using the in-app record button).

Speech Recognition

The voice-follow feature uses Apple's on-device speech recognition framework (SFSpeechRecognizer). All processing happens locally on your device. No audio or transcription data leaves your device.

In-App Purchases

CueCam offers a one-time Pro unlock via Apple's StoreKit framework. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. CueCam does not receive or store any payment or billing information.

Children's Privacy

CueCam does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected, the app is safe for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
